COMPOUNDS AND INSERTS STOCKAGE
The compounds of the several kinds of TR or PVC, from which the different phisical-mechanical features of the sole derive, are purchased from selected suppliers and then stocked in the raw materials warehouse. The purchased inserts (bands, outside waists, welts, bottoms, etc. in the several materials: TR, PVC, Salpa, etc.) are stocked in suitable rooms.
MOULDING
The moulding of the soles takes place by means of injection machines, fed by batchers continuously, by using double metallic moulds. At present the IPR S.p.a. TR TPU PVC DEPARTMENT realizes TR TPU PVC soles, both one-colour or two-colour, by means of special double injection machines.
If necessary, the operators put inside the moulds the necessary inserts: bands, outside waists, welts , bottoms, etc. If the article doesn’t require further workings, the soles, come from the moulds, are immediately packaged.
